While there is little in the way of organised activities during November, December, and January, the Advent event in Postira takes place every year, featuring music, workshops, and seasonal food. Be aware that many restaurants and cafes close temporarily during these months, so be sure to check websites carefully to avoid disappointment. Additionally, some ferry services to and from the island run seasonally, so double-check your travel schedules to ensure smooth connections.

Spring is also ideal for hiking, biking, and enjoying the outdoor activities Brac has to offer. You’ll have the opportunity to explore Vidova Gora and other stunning viewpoints without the discomfort of summer heat. In fact, Brac hosts several sporting events during the spring, such as the annual bike marathon and the Brac Trail competition held in Sutivan.

By April, most restaurants have reopened, allowing you to enjoy Brac’s cuisine without limitation. However, it’s still worth checking in advance for early springtime visitors, as some places might be slower to open.

Alongside sunbathing, walking, water sports, and island-hopping, summer also brings a host of events to Brac, from the unique World Championship in Olive Picking held in Milna, to the Graffiti na Gradele Urban Festival in Bol, featuring some of the biggest names in graffiti and street art. Explore the towns, visit museums and shops, and enjoy the lively atmosphere of Brac during the summer months.

Outdoor activities remain available, including kayaking, hiking, biking, boat tours, and museum visits, until mid-to-late November. Seasonal events around the harvest also take place, such as grape harvesting and wine tasting, which mark the end of summer and celebrate the island’s bounty. Visit the Olive Oil Museum, try regional produce, and enjoy the many restaurants and cafes before they close for the winter season, taking advantage of their final weeks in October and November.
