Located in a quiet residential area in Sesmarias, this villa is a great location, just a short drive from Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, and there are numerous beaches close by. Villa Sonny is a great choice for groups with young children as it has a children's pool and a children's play area to keep the little ones amused.

From the living/dining room patio doors open onto a partially shaded terrace which overlooks the swimming pool and children’s play area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker (cups and filter), oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, and dishwasher. A small corridor off the sitting room leads to three of the bedrooms, two of which have doors opening onto the pool area. The fourth bedroom on the first floor has a TV and a large terrace which overlooks the swimming pool.  

The outside area is lovely and has a dining table, separate lounge set with modern pergola and a barbecue with a sink.

The laundry is at the back with a washing machine and dryer and there is also an outside W.C. and poolside shower. There are a basketball net and a small playground with a swing and slide.

Sonny is very close to Sagitarrius and Branco which is ideal for families wanting to holiday near to each other.
