About Can Bali

Can Bali is on a hillside, close to Ibiza’s beautiful west coast. It is in an ideal location for exploring the beaches of Cala Bassa and Cal Conta and the nearby village of San Agustin feels almost untouched by tourism with its whitewashed church and tiny neighbourhood bar. The surrounding countryside is picturesque and is wonderful for hiking and cycling.

You can enjoy the views from the private L-shaped swimming pool and sunny terraces while you relax on a beanbag on the wooden deck, shaded by fragrant pines, or soak up some legendary Ibizan sunshine on a poolside lounger. There is a wide terrace and the chill-out seating and al-fresco dining table, seating ten, are shaded by a traditional wooden beamed roof. Elsewhere in the gardens, there is a further seating area shaded by tall pines and a wooden pergola with a second outside dining space, also seating ten.

Can Bali is a traditional Ibizan style property with many modern features and the interior is a cool blend of terracotta tiled floors, whitewashed walls, wooden ceilings together with modern minimalism and high-tech luxuries. A sociable kitchen with a sunny breakfast table leads onto an interior dining space, seating six, and a spacious lounge which opens onto the terrace.

Three of the bedrooms are in the main house, while additional guest accommodation is located in three 'casitas' (suites) in the grounds, each with twin beds, en-suite bathrooms and terrace access.

"It goes without saying that the nightlife here is world renowned but there is so much more to this beautiful island than the clubs and DJ’s it has become famous for. We highly recommend a boat trip to the pretty and peaceful Formontera beach. With turquoise waters and soft, white sand, it is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the whole of Spain."

Things to Be Aware of

"Parking can be tricky when visiting the main towns. It is often easier to find a car park or parking space just outside the town and wander in on foot. Restaurants can be pricey too but it is well worth exploring eateries and bars away from the main streets which can be less expensive and more authentic."

Additional costs & information

  • The Balearic government require a tourist tax, payable with the final balance. For travellers over the age of 16yrs the Balearic Tourist Tax is €2.20 per person per night. This is charged at parity to allow for fluctuation rates and administration costs and will applied to your booking automatically.
  • Minimum booking 1 week
  • Prices can fluctuate and will be confirmed upon booking
  • Although the villa has a flexible arrival day we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable
  • Booking deposit 50% of the villa rental. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
