Villa Via Santa is on a hilltop and has a stunning view of the Bay of Zaton, the perfect place for those who seek tranquillity, yet it is located just ten minutes drive from Dubrovnik. It is a fifteen minute walk, or five minute drive, from the centre of the village of Zaton Mali where the nearest grocery store is located. The beach is just a few minutes further. The road down to the village does not have a pavement however there are stairs 100m from the villa which lead down to the main road and shop. Zaton has long been a favourite with Croatian aristocracy and has many magnificent manors and historical sites. Next to Zaton Mali is Zaton Veliki which has a grocery store, bank, post office, restaurants and bars, and is a ten minute drive or twenty minute walk along the shore from the villa. 

Inside the property is well furnished with a well equipped kitchen. The first floor bedrooms are both en-suite and have terraces with stuning views of the bay. There is a terrace with teak dining furniture, rattan sofas and a barbeque and from here steps lead down to the lower level where the swimming pool, with built-in whirl-pool (not heated) is located. There are also sunbeds and sun umbrellas. 

Parking is available outside the house or in the garage.

The Radisson Blue Resort and Spa is a ten minute drive from the villa and has sports facilities, bars, restaurants, childrens playground, spa and wellness centre. There are also beaches which guests can use.

Please note the approach to the villa is via a narrow, uphill road with a sharp turn from the main road, which may not be suitable for nervous drivers.
