Perched on a hillside, Villa Tomera is set within a row of some of the finest private villas in the exclusive area of Štikovica. Just a twenty-minute drive from Dubrovnik, yet tucked away from it all, the villa has the most spectacular views of the Adriatic Ocean.
The exterior has clean and modern lines and the furnishings and décor both inside and outside use soothing, neutral colours.
At the front of the property is an expansive terrace and swimming pool. This is the perfect place to relax with an outside chill-out area enjoying a direct view of the bay below. This area feels like an extension of the open-plan ground floor living space; high ceilings, glass doors and a light colour-scheme is designed for relaxation. To the side of the living area a shaded terrace which features an open kitchen with a fireplace, outdoor stove, a wall mounted TV and a dining table for ten people.
The bedrooms are all of a very high standard, each with super en-suite shower rooms, large wardrobes and dressing tables.
The villa feels wonderfully private and yet at the bottom of the hill is the pebbly Štikovica Beach and minutes away are several really good restaurants. Dubrovnik is a twenty minute drive and there are wonderful boat trips to Elafiti Islands, Pelješac Peninsula or Kor?ula Island.
If you would like to explore further you can visit Bosnia and Herzogovina or Montenegro and the villa manager can assist you in arranging excursions or arranging private chefs, massages, restaurant reservations, whatever you need.

"We highly recommend a walk around the walls of Dubrovnik. For around 200 Kuna, you can walk the entire circumference of the city, taking in the spectacular views of the terracotta roofs, interesting architecture, stunning gardens and, of course, the Adriatic Sea beyond. The sea sparkles a beautiful blue and is practically transparent to the sea bed, apparently down to the high salt content, making it very unique indeed."
"Eating out in the Old Town, or just outside the walls, can be pricey, especially when the establishments boast such sensational views! However, it is possible to find cheaper places to eat and it is worth exploring the different areas of Dubrovnik such as Gruz and Lapad where you will find many more restaurants and bars to enjoy."
