This beautiful brand new villa for ten guests has a spacious, open-plan, colour co-ordinated interior. The large, comfortable sofa in the living room offers plenty of seating, the dining room seats ten and there is also a dining table with similar capacity on the outside, shaded terrace. The five contemporary bedrooms all have bathrooms en-suite and amazing views of the swimming pool and garden or towards the lighthouse and the ocean.
Outside there is a heated swimming pool, sunbeds and sun umbrellas on the wide terraces and a beautiful, lawned garden for the children. There is also a large outdoor lounge with a barbecue and dining facilities.
The villa is just a 600m walk from the ocean (although the access is steep) and there are several lovely beaches within a short drive. There are beautiful walks along the cliffs and just 250m from the house is a really good Italian restaurant, La Bella Vita, so you don’t need to venture far!
The quiet, exclusive residential area of Clube Atlantico offers the best of both worlds; a peaceful and tranquil environment yet only minutes away from the buzz of Carvoeiro, its shops, restaurants, many bars, and disco. Carvoeiro offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its golf courses, a tennis club with twelve outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre, as well as water sports.

"Foodies will love this area as there are so many fabulous restaurants to choose from. There are good options for those who want to splash out and also those who prefer a cheap and cheerful meal. Our reservations staff are always happy to make suggestions and pass on any personal experience from our own visits as we all love eating out!"
"This is a developing area so some construction work is possible and the restaurants and beaches tend to be busy in the height of the summer. We suggest booking ahead if you can and especially if you are in a larger group. It is also a little hilly so some may prefer to walk to town but taxi back."
