This beautiful, modern villa is just 100 meters from Pintadinho Beach, with fabulous ocean views from almost everywhere, both inside and out.
Inside, a spacious, light open-plan living/dining room/kitchen occupy the lower level with large windows to enjoy the spectacular view. The living area is comfortable, there is a large dining table to accommodate eight people and the kitchen is very well equipped. There is a separate cosy TV room which also has a sofa bed, this room can be used as a bedroom for one adult or two children.
The master bedroom on the first floor has its own private balcony with a seating area enjoying sea views. There is a roof terrace with a stunning view of the sea, the beach at Praia da Rocha and the Algarvean coastline, this is a great spot from which to enjoy the stunning sunsets.
The swimming pool, which can be heated, is surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers and a seating area with comfortable sofas. There is also a hot tub on the first floor terrace. Outside the kitchen is a shaded terrace with a dining table, barbecue and ping pong table.
The delightful fishing village of Ferragudo is just a kilometre away, it has fantastic fish restaurants serving grilled fish straight from the sea. There are numerous lovely beaches, such as Caneiros, and Praia Grande within walking distance over the cliffs and there are seven restaurants near to the villa.

It’s the perfect place to watch the sunset. Boat trips and water sports can be booked at Portimao Marina – we highly recommend experiencing this area from the water as the coastline is very special."
