This seven bedroom villa is on a large plot and is the perfect choice for families or a group of friends.
Casa Nova is just a leisurely fifteen minute walk from the beach and restaurants and is in a lovely location between the fishing village of Benagil, with a pretty beach and some very good restaurants, and the popular resort of Praia do Carvoeiro.
Built around the large, stone open fireplace, the living room flows through into the dining area and fully fitted well equipped kitchen with American style fridge freezer. The bedrooms are all spacious and the master suite on the first floor has a kitchenette and panoramic sea views.
The accommodation is designed for ease of living with indoor/outdoor open-plan living accommodation and multiple terraces around a barbecue and bar area. The terrace overlooks the subtropical garden and swimming pool. Next to the pool is a large, lawned garden, which is great for children to play in and the pool has a safety fence for extra security. There is also a tennis court, football goal, table tennis, volleyball and badminton racquets.

"Foodies will love this area as there are so many fabulous restaurants to choose from. There are good options for those who want to splash out and also those who prefer a cheap and cheerful meal. Our reservations staff are always happy to make suggestions and pass on any personal experience from our own visits as we all love eating out!"
"This is a developing area so some construction work is possible and the restaurants and beaches tend to be busy in the height of the summer. We suggest booking ahead if you can and especially if you are in a larger group. It is also a little hilly so some may prefer to walk to town but taxi back."
