This family home is in a large, enclosed garden with plants, fruit trees including pomegranite and fig, and plenty of lawn for children to play on. The villa is simply furnished and has a well equipped kitchen and spacious living areas.
There is an outdoor dining terrace both at the front and the back of the property. We are told the back terrace is the perfect place to watch the sun go down. There is a large unfurnished terrace on the first floor which has amazing views over the countryside to the distant mountains and the sea in the distance.
Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa and Alcudia are just a short drive making beaches, shops and restaurants easily accessible. Although the nearest town is just five minutes drive, due to the villa's location a car is necessary.
Please note, there is no longer a trampoline in the garden as shown in the photographs (it has been removed).

"We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys. The scenery is quite something."
"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."
