This modern villa is just 300m from the beach, has panoramic sea views and accommodation on three levels. The furnishings and decor are high quality and in neutral tones. The three bedrooms on the upper levels all have balconies with stunning sea views and the ground floor bedroom opens onto the swimming pool. There are TV's in all the bedrooms.
There is an attractive swimming pool, with a shallow end for children and a massage area. The outdoor area includes sunloungers, a barbecue and dining table.
The villa is in Premantura, a small picturesque village on the southernmost tip of the Istrian penisnsula, just south of Pula. Just a few minutes drive is Cape Kamenjak – a small peninsula consisting of more than 30km of coastline with crystal blue sea, numerous coves and amazing beaches declared by the world famous tourist guide Lonely Planet as one of the Top 10 Beaches on the Mediterranean.
