Villa Tres is in the heart of Istria in the village of Rojnici. This impressive holiday house provides a high degree of privacy and luxury, ideal for families, couples and friends. It is a newly built and modern holiday house with accommodation on two floors.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room overlooking the pool, a fully equipped kitchen/diner and a Finnish sauna. There is a large terrace on the first floor overlooking the pool and garden.
The house has been decorated with light surfaces, natural materials and carefully planned lighting, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay. Free wireless internet access is available throughout the house and outside.
There is a large garden with a private pool, surrounded by sun loungers and a parasol made of natural materials. In order to ensure the complete privacy of guests the whole house is surrounded by hedges and stone fences. The garden also has an outdoor shower, a barbecue area and an outdoor dining table.
