Charming traditional finca with glorious garden and waterfall pool

Can Tellulah is a charming villa full of Mediterranean warmth and light. It is located just outside the old town of Pollença and the country roads are ideal for runs, walks or cycling.

The open-plan living/dining room has doors to the garden and the fully equipped kitchen has an additional dining table. 

There is a fantastic outdoor area with a very large covered dining and seating space, overlooking the pool and mature garden. The landscape style swimming pool has natural rocks and a waterfall, it is surrounded by a lawn and the lovely garden, with an abundance of wild lavender and rosemary which adds to the charm of this wonderful property. The swimming pool is an irregular size and shape with a maximum depth of 1.8m and a separate shallow end for children.

You have the option to rent just the main house with a total of 4 bedrooms for up to 8 people, or, for larger groups of up to 12 the bedrooms in the more modestly furnished basement can be rented. The basement bedrooms do not have air conditioning although, due to the Mallorcan architecture, the rooms are cooled natural. The basement is perhaps most suited to teenagers or older children. Please note that access from the house to the basement is via a particulalry steep staircase so extra care should be taken. The basement room is not available before 29th March and after 31st October.

Although there are neighbouring houses, the property still feels private and is not overlooked. Please note that the neighbours have dogs so this property may not be suitable for those with cynaphobia.

Things we love…

"We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys. The scenery is quite something."

"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."

First floor: 2 twin bedrooms. 1 bathroom. 1 double bedroom with shower room ensuite.

Basement: Living room with kitchenette including sink and fridge-freezer (no cooking facilities). 2 twin bedrooms, 1 shower room. Direct access to the exterior.  (No air conditioning in basement, fans only.  The basement room is not available before 29 March and after 1 November.  Please note basement rooms are only available for bookings of 9 or more people.)

Limited Mobility - This property has a bedroom and shower room on the ground floor with little or no steps in the living areas or to the swimming pool/garden, so may be considered suitable for someone with limited mobility. As everyone's needs are different, please check with us at time of booking to ensure suitability for your group.

Additional costs & information

  • Basement rooms are only available for bookings of 9 or more people.  Basement not available before 29th March or after 1st November.
  • Welcome packs available by request and at additional cost.  Please ask us for more details
  • The Balearic government require a tourist tax, payable with the final balance. For travellers over the age of 16yrs the Balearic Tourist Tax is €2.20 per person per night for the first 7 nights.  €1.10 per person per night thereafter. This is charged at parity to allow for fluctuation rates and administration costs and will be applied to your booking automatically.
  • For cancellations 60 days or less before departure the cancellation charge will be 100% 
  • Infants may be included in maximum sleeping capacity, please check at time of enquiry
  • Minimum 1 week booking
  • Prices may be subject to a currency surcharge
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental, balance due 60 days before departure.

Refundable security deposit - 2025 - £600.00
