Villa Karma is one of a kind in this region and offers a wonderful view of the Novigrad Sea. This is a perfect place to escape from the stresses of life.

The furnishings throughout the villa are of the highest standard. The living room is fabulous and the spectacular view is just as amazing at night. The kitchen is fully kitted out with an induction cooker, fridge-freezer and all the requisite appliances including a clothes dryer. There is a spacious terrace overlooking the illuminated infinity pool where at night you can gaze at the star-speckled sky above. The terrace also has a stone oven. 

The villa also enjoys direct access to a private rocky beach/jetty and a crystal clear view of the sea. There is even a private boat mooring!

There is a small supermarket, fruit and veg stalls, a cafe and a restaurant in the village of Posedarje. There is a doctor, chemist, post office, ATM and other shops in the picturesque Zadar. There are fabulous tourist destinations in the region: Krka and Paklenica national parks, or an evening in Zadar. Another attraction is the “Sun Salutation”, a solar cell installation producing an ever-changing light show, making for a flamboyant spectacle by the sea.

As an extra service a private chef will come to the villa and cook an amazing meal. Sit back and relax in the comfort of your own holiday home, while your food is cooked right in front of you. Lunch or dinner will be prepared for €150, food and drink are not included in the price (payable locally, to be confirmed by request).
