This lovely villa is close to the lake at Quinta do Lago and is also near the Casa do Lago restaurant and watersports centre, with many other facilities nearby in the resort, including tennis, golf, driving range, cafés and bars.
The villa has extensive gardens with lawns and a lovely view of the 17th hole of Quinta do Lago South Golf course.
A large entrance hall has steps leading to the living room which has comfortable sofas and a separate TV area with armchairs and a flat screen TV. Three sets of patio doors lead to the shaded terrace overlooking the pool and there is a separate dining area with doors leading to the barbecue terrace.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast area and appliances including an oven, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, juicer, coffee maker and electric hobs. There is a separate laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is one bedroom on the ground level of the property which is effectively a second master suite with double bed, TV with cable channels and DVD player, a separate dressing area with double wardrobes, a bathroom with a large corner bath and shower unit and patio doors to the shaded terrace overlooking the pool.
The master suite occupies the first floor of the villa and is complete with a double bed, wall mounted TV, double wardrobes with safe, en-suite with a large Villeroy & Boch bath, separate shower unit and double wash basins. Doors lead to the private and spacious first floor terrace with access to the poolside terrace via a flight of steps.
Adjacent to the villa is a superb dining terrace with an integrated barbecue leading onto a spacious, shaded terrace overlooking the pool and from here, steps lead down to the swimming pool. At the front of the house there is plenty of space for off-road parking on the villa driveway, protected by the electric entry gates.
