This comfortable family villa is situated in the Sesmarias area of Carvoeiro. This is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a tranquil location, with a good sized pool, pool table, table tennis and comfortable outdoor furniture.
The villa is well furnished and the accommodation is on two levels with a marble staircase leading to the first floor. From the hallway doors lead through to the living accommodation which is in three parts with arches dividing the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped and leads to a utility room with a washing machine and two fridges. From the living areas, doors open onto a sun terrace and shaded seating area. The spacious master suite is on the first floor and has a private terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
The pool is surrounded by a walled garden, there is plenty of poolside furniture including a hammock and outside dining table for six people and there is also a poolside shower.
Sagittarius is very close to Sonny and Branco which is ideal for families wanting to holiday near to each other.

Limited Mobility - This property has a bedroom and shower room on the ground floor with little or no steps in the living areas. There are some steps to the swimming pool. It may be considered suitable for someone with limited mobility. As everyone's needs are different, please check with us at time of booking to ensure suitability for your group.
"Foodies will love this area as there are so many fabulous restaurants to choose from. There are good options for those who want to splash out and also those who prefer a cheap and cheerful meal. Our reservations staff are always happy to make suggestions and pass on any personal experience from our own visits as we all love eating out!"
"This is a developing area so some construction work is possible and the restaurants and beaches tend to be busy in the height of the summer. We suggest booking ahead if you can and especially if you are in a larger group. It is also a little hilly so some may prefer to walk to town but taxi back."
