This is a great choice for a holiday with lovely ocean views, easy access to great beaches, several restaurants within walking distance, a south facing swimming pool and an immaculate interior.
The owners have put great care and thought into the interior with attention to detail. Every room is well appointed with individual colour schemes and matching fabrics.
All the ground floor rooms lead off of the attractive entrance hall; there is a spacious, airy living/dining room with a very large flat screen TV mounted on one wall, a feature bar and patio doors onto the sun terrace that surrounds the wonderful family-friendly swimming pool.
The fitted kitchen/diner is also spacious and is exceptionally well equipped with everything a keen cook should need. Doors lead directly and conveniently out to a covered summer kitchen and barbeque area, ideal for lunches in the shade or dinner on a balmy evening.
The two attractive first floor bedrooms share an expansive sun terrace with ocean views across the rooftops. On the lower level of the house there is a sitting/games room with pool table, TV, comfortable seating and access to the covered parking area and laundry area.
Outside, the grounds are fully enclosed with extensive terracing around the pool and a pathway encircling the property is interspersed with areas of shrubbery, citrus plants and lawn. There is private parking with a carport and the swimming pool has wide Roman steps, feature island and kidney-shaped children's section.

"Foodies will love this area as there are so many fabulous restaurants to choose from. There are good options for those who want to splash out and also those who prefer a cheap and cheerful meal. Our reservations staff are always happy to make suggestions and pass on any personal experience from our own visits as we all love eating out!"
"Restaurants and beaches tend to be busy in the height of the summer. We suggest booking ahead if you can and especially if you are in a larger group. It is also a little hilly so some may prefer to walk to town but taxi back."
