Villa Uno is at the heart of Istria, in the village of Rojnici. This impressive holiday house provides a high degree of privacy and luxury, ideal for families, couples and friends.
The newly-built and modern holiday house is on two floors and has a spacious sitting room on the ground floor with doors opening onto the swimming pool. All the bedrooms have LCD TV's, air conditioning and heating and there is underfloor heating in the bathrooms.
There is a large terrace on the first floor overlooking the pool and garden and there is wireless internet both inside the villa and in the grounds.
The pool terrace has sunbeds and a parasol made from natural materials and the property is surrounded by hedges and stone walls. There is an outside dining table seating 8 and even a sauna!
