Villa Duet is in the village of Rojnici, in the heart of Istria.
This impressive holiday house provides a high degree of privacy and luxury, ideal for families, couples and friends. Newly built and modern, the accommodation is over two floors and will comfortably accommodate eight people between the three bedrooms and sofa bed for two. The decor has been carefully chosen with light surfaces, natural materials and carefully planned lighting.
The main living accommodation on the ground floor is spacious with doors to the pool and the kitchen is well equipped. Each of the bedrooms have LCD TV's with satellite reception, CD players, air conditioning and electric heating and the bathrooms have underfloor heating.
There are six sun loungers and a parasol by the pool, and to ensure the complete privacy of guests, the property is surrounded by hedges and stone fences. There is an outdoor dining table, shower and barbeque.
