The entrance hall has two steps down into the light and airy sitting room with several seating areas and French windows looking out into the garden and pool terrace. The dining room has a table to seat twelve and has sliding doors to the garden and pool terrace with a covered seating area for alfresco dining.
The fitted kitchen has an American fridge freezer, range and island preparation area. There is a separate laundry room.
There are mosquito screens on the sliding doors in all the bedrooms and the living/dining areas.
