Echo was built in 2021 and is a modern and impressive house with views of the sea. New Golden Beach is less than 10 minutes walk from the villa, and the nearby villages of Dryos and Piso Livadi are a very short drive, making this a great choice for those wanting to be close to amenities.
The property is divided into two zones, the main house and the guest house. The open plan living space is exceptionally stylish with luxury and comfort in mind. Natural materials, white-washed walls and an abundance of light from the huge windows create a blissful atmosphere.
The exterior of this house is where it truly comes into its own with an enormous terrace around the pool and a covered area with comfy seating, outside dining and kitchen. All illimunated at night, this is the ideal place to enjoy the sunshine all day until the sun goes down and guests can eat, drink and relax under the stars.
