Andriana is a newly constructed, five bedroom villa with outstanding sea views. Located in the Golden Beach area of Paros, this minimalist property is modern and comfortable and the perfect island retreat.
The living area is open plan and features cement surfaces, soft grey tones and wooden ceilings. There is plenty of light in this airy, whitewashed property and many rooms have views of the sea. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor and two further bedrooms on the lower level, which is quiet and cool.
Outside, there is a huge terrace for relaxing in the sunshine around the swimming pool. There are also some shaded areas to retreat with a good book away from the strong sun. The covered alfresco dining area includes a barbecue and has lovely views across the garden and pool and to the sea beyond.
Andriana is next door to Aleka making these a good choice for larger groups wanting to holiday near each other.
