Proudly standing on the edge of the Brac Island coast near Sumartin is Villa Zodiac. A beautifully designed property just 2m from the sea, this five bedroom villa is in the most sought after position.
Spread across three floors, this exquisite house is stylish and impressive. Every room faces the sea, allowing the amazing views and sunlight to adorn every space.
The outside area has cascading terraces and enchanting chill out areas, all illuminated at night and surrounded by lush greenery. There is a fabulous alfresco dining area with three romantic arches creating shelter from the sun. There is also a wood-fired bread oven for those who fancy cooking up a feast. Stone steps lead down to a private, rocky beach and a mooring for boats up to 15m. We can help arrange boat hire and a skipper upon request, just let us know.
Back within the house there is space to unwind in the form of a private spa. Complete with hot tub, sauna and gym this is the ultimate undulgence while on holiday. There is also a wine room and an entertainment room with TV, table football and a sofa to enjoy a good movie or play games.
It is possible to arrange fridge fills, catering, treatments and a number of activities like boat trips, tours and water sports, so if you would like any help enhancing your holiday, just let us know.

With so much to do, Brac is perfect for visitors eager to soak up the sights and sounds of a new place, whether hiking up Vidova Gora, the island’s highest peak, or beach hopping among its many stunning sandy shores. Brac strikes a unique balance between vibrant and peaceful, even in the peak of summer. Unlike some crowded tourist destinations, the island never feels overwhelmingly busy – there’s always a secluded beach to discover or a quiet spot in a restaurant to relax in.
While still very affordable, it’s worth noting that prices on Brac can be slightly higher than on the mainland due to its island location. That said, Croatia as a whole remains a relatively budget-friendly holiday destination, and Brac offers a variety of options at every price point for activities, dining, and nightlife.
