Villa Barros is located in a quiet community, close to the long sandy beaches of Esposende.
Resplendent in striking coral, the house sits proudly within a spacious plot of land with mature gardens, pool terrace and a tennis court.
Inside, the property is spacious and comfortably furnished with a homely feel not often found in rental properties. The open plan design is great for entertaining with a large living room, opening out onto the terrace. The dining area flows conveniently from the kitchen and out to a covered, outside seating area with comfy sofas. There is also a shaded alfresco dining area.
The real highlight is the outside area with gated swimming pool, lawned area, sunbathing terrace, barbecue and dining area, tennis court, volley ball court and 5 a side football pitch!
The old fishing village of Esposende is just a 5 minute drive away where guests will find a good selection of shops and restaurants and a fabulous beach, backed by sand dunes. Oporto town centre is within a 30-minute drive where the old town centre is classified as a World Heritage Site.
There is a housekeeper who lives on the estate in a separate cottage. Reassuringly close if needed but otherwise very respectful of guest's privacy. The guests' accommodation is otherwise completely independent.
