Nestled in the coastal resort of Carvoeiro, we are thrilled to be offering this beautiful, four bedroom villa with panoramic ocean views, games room, tennis court and gym.
Inside, the house is contemporary in style and has everything you would expect, and more, from a holiday villa. The smart kitchen has all the mod cons and is conveniently open plan to the living area creating a huge entertaining space. The dining room connects seamlessly to the terrace overlooking the pool which has alfresco dining furniture and is partially covered. There are four spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms across two floors.
Outside is a fabulous space with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area with a pizza oven, microwave and grill. There is a poolside bar/games room equipped with a TV, gaming console, pool table and even an original American pinball machine which will cost €1 per game for those up for a challenge!
There is an air-conditioned gym equipped with a rowing machine, spinning bike, treadmill, free weights, bench and punch bag. The Smart TV in the gym can be used for both music and channels to enjoy during your workout.
Another fantastic feature is the tennis court which has two football goals, thereby transforming into a football pitch. Beside this, is a unique putting green with a chipping area and 6 holes. To the side of the villa is a vegetable, fruit and herb garden where guests are welcome to enjoy the natural produce.
Valor sits close to the Vale do Milho golf course and Rocha Brava village. A leisurely stroll or a short drive leads to Carvoeiro town centre with its charming restaurants, bars, shops, and the picturesque Carvoeiro beach. For guests that enjoy golfing, the Vale do Milho golf course is very close, as well as the 18 hole golf courses in the Carvoeiro area such as Gramacho. Families can easily reach the Slide and Splash water park or the Zoomarine aquatic park which are both within a short drive.

"Foodies will love this area as there are so many fabulous restaurants to choose from. There are good options for those who want to splash out and also those who prefer a cheap and cheerful meal. Our reservations staff are always happy to make suggestions and pass on any personal experience from our own visits as we all love eating out!"
"This is a developing area so some construction work is possible and the restaurants and beaches tend to be busy in the height of the summer. We suggest booking ahead if you can and especially if you are in a larger group. It is also a little hilly so some may prefer to walk to town but taxi back."
