A gorgeous villa, close to Pollensa set in mature gardens surrouded by lush countryside
Villa Leah is a beautiful property situated just outside Pollensa. The location is fantastic, on a wooded hillside set in mature gardens with wide, open views across the Pollensa countryside. It is easy to forget that the house is just a short drive, or an easy bike-ride, to the historic Old Town of Pollensa with all its cafés and shops, restaurants and galleries.
An elegant sweeping and gated driveway lined with fruit trees leads to a large parking area. From here the property is set over two levels. Steps from the parking area lead up to a garden and the separate annexe buildings.The first part of the annex has a twin bedroom with beamed ceilings, pastel coloured walls and an ensuite walk in shower room. From the bedroom two steps leads to the airy and open plan living, dining room and kitchen. The second half of the annexe has a double bedroom, a separate shower room and a lounge dining area with two comfortable sofas. There is an inter-connecting door between the two halves of the annex which can be unlocked if required.
From the annexe level more steps lead up to the main house. The entrance door opens out into a bright and spacious open-plan lounge and dining area which enjoys fabulous views from all angles over the surrounding countryside. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and can be separated from the living room by a sliding door. The bedrooms share a large bathroom with sunken bath and a separate walk in shower. Outside the main house is the raised level swimming pool with ladder entry steps at one end. From this terrace there are fabulous views out over the countryside. Close to the pool there is a sauna for the ultimate relaxation.

"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."
