A unique feature of this property is the Morrocan style domed ceiling and pool house equipped with music system and bathroom facilities - perfect for entertaining. There is also a Bali House to escape the midday sun.
The estate is set within a tropical garden with palm trees, fruit trees and a large lawn with colourful flowers and cactus plants. There are several terraces, chill-out areas, a fish pond and huge swimming pool. A covered area with table tennis and table football is situated next to the Moroccan pool house and there is a large Argentinian style barbecue for alfresco dining.
The main house boasts an open-plan living area, dining room and TV lounge with a fully equipped kitchen next to the dining area. The pool house also has a spacious living area and chill out space, with music system, fridge, and bathroom facilities, while the separate guest house has a living area and kitchen.
A gated path leads down to the sea. The beaches of Cala Pada and Niu Blau are just a five minute walk along the coastal path where you will find a choice of bars and restaurants.
Villa Ariel is an ideal location for events, weddings, yoga retreats and business meetings due to the layout and the independent entrances to guest rooms away from the main house.

"It goes without saying that the nightlife here is world renowned but there is so much more to this beautiful island than the clubs and DJ’s it has become famous for. We highly recommend a boat trip to the pretty and peaceful Formontera beach. With turquoise waters and soft, white sand, it is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the whole of Spain."
"Parking can be tricky when visiting the main towns. It is often easier to find a car park or parking space just outside the town and wander in on foot. Restaurants can be pricey too but it is well worth exploring eateries and bars away from the main streets which can be less expensive and more authentic."
