The 90m2 living room with two large sofas and TV is augmented by other smaller seating areas and is open plan to the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Light floods through the huge sliding doors and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout these spacious open-plan living areas.
The unique style continues through to the bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys a private terrace, while two other bedrooms share a terrace.
Siria is a fantastic property for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable base on Ibiza’s beautiful west coast and is located near some of Ibiza's most popular beaches including the bays of Cala Conte, Cala Tarida and the stunning Cala Saladeta. The house is also close to the charming villages of San Agustín, Santa Inés and San José, which are just a short drive away and there is easy access to Ibiza town centre with its vibrant variety of local nightlife.
The nearby bay of Cala Salada is one of Ibiza’s most beautiful beaches. In the hot summer months, this picturesque cove has restricted access to maintain its peaceful vibe, however, the residents of Siria can benefit from the resident’s pass for Cala Salada beach parking that accompanies this home.

Second Floor: 2 bedrooms with queen size bed, access to terrace with sea views and en-suite shower rooms.
"It goes without saying that the nightlife here is world renowned but there is so much more to this beautiful island than the clubs and DJ’s it has become famous for. We highly recommend a boat trip to the pretty and peaceful Formontera beach. With turquoise waters and soft, white sand, it is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the whole of Spain."
"Parking can be tricky when visiting the main towns. It is often easier to find a car park or parking space just outside the town and wander in on foot. Restaurants can be pricey too but it is well worth exploring eateries and bars away from the main streets which can be less expensive and more authentic."
