The living/dining room has a large wooden table next to a sliding window allowing light to flood in and for guests to take advantage of the beautiful panorama.  There is a cosy fireplace and flat screen TV with UK channels. The kitchen is also open-plan to the living areas with convenient access to the outside barbecue area.  It has black marble work surfaces and a breakfast table. 

The highlight of this property is, without doubt, the spectacular hillside position with views reaching as far as the islands and the Ria Formosa nature reserve.  There is a pergola with outdoor dining furniture which can seat 10 people and comfy, outdoor sofas and sun loungers around the kidney shaped swimming pool so guests can enjoy this prime setting all day long.

Just below the pool area is a games room with pool table and table tennis which is ideal for those with young families.

Due to its countryside location and elevated position the villa is approached via a particularly steep, unmade road. At certain times, and depending on recent weather conditions, it can become uneven and might be a little daunting to less confident drivers.  We recommend daytime arrivals.
