About Benagil View

We are proud to be offering this stylish holiday home with panoramic views of the beach, sea and surrounding countryside.  Located in the picturesque fishing village of Benagil, this lovely property has a large roof terrace with exceptional views, a plunge pool, which can be heated, barbecue area, bar and sun deck.

The entire property has been completely refurbished with high quality fixtures and fittings and modern, stylish furnishings. Both bedrooms have new, en-suite bathrooms, while the open plan living, dining and kitchen area is spacious and bright and includes top of the range appliances.

There is air conditioning for the summer months and underfloor heating for the cooler months making this a good choice all year round.

Benagil beach is only 100m away and Carvalho beach just 300m.  There are also a selection of restaurants within walking distance which is ideal for those who like to wander out without the need for a car.

We highly recommend a boat trip to explore the infamous Bengail cave.  They set off from the beach just below the property!

"Foodies will love this area as there are so many fabulous restaurants to choose from. There are good options for those who want to splash out and also those who prefer a cheap and cheerful meal. Our reservations staff are always happy to make suggestions and pass on any personal experience from our own visits as we all love eating out!"

"Restaurants and beaches tend to be busy in the height of the summer. We suggest booking ahead if you can and especially if you are in a larger group. It is also a little hilly so some may prefer to walk to town but taxi back."

Prices are in £'s sterling per week. If your holiday dates cross two seasons please ask us for a quote.

Additional costs & information

  • Tourist Tax €2 per person, per night between April - October for all guests aged 13 and over for a maximum of 7 nights. €1 per person, per night between Nov - Mar. This will be charged at parity to cover processing fees.
  • Pool Heating £168 per week. Minimum charge 1 week. Please note that we cannot guarantee the pool temperature. In general, pool heaters are installed and managed according to the size of the pool and health and safety guidelines but weather conditions, such as colder nights, rain and strong winds can affect the normally achievable temperature.
  • Underfloor Heating £245 per week
  • Prices will be confirmed upon booking
  • Although the villa has a flexible arrival day we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
