About Can Rica

Can Rica is a beautiful, spacious finca set in lush countryside, close to San Antonio, and has recently been renovated to a high standard.

Located at the top of a hill, the property is secluded and surrounded on 3 sides by a pine forest, with 120,000 m2 of its own farm land. There is a distant sea view to the Bay of San Antonio, to the hills of San Jose and a view of the town below. This is the West Coast of the island, so there are many places where the famous Ibiza sunsets can be enjoyed.

Can Rica is close to some of the best beaches on the island. Cala Gracio and Gracionetta are just 5 minutes away. Punta Galera and Cala Salada are 10 minutes away and Platges de Conte, Cala Tarida and Cala Carbo just 20 minutes away so guests will be spoilt for choice! 

Outside is fabulous with huge entertaining spaces and lots of outdoor seating and chill-out areas, top quality sun loungers and a large, inviting swimming pool which is gated for extra reassurance if there are little ones in the group.  There is also an outdoor kitchen and cinema for the ultimate night in!

The property is U-shaped, which means that the bedrooms are well separated from each other which is appealing for sets of couples or extended families wanting to holiday together, yet have their own space.

Inside, the living areas are generous and comfortable with two living rooms and lots of cosy areas to relax.  The owners have carefully blended traditional features with modern touches to create a very special property.

Things we love

"It goes without saying that the nightlife here is world renowned but there is so much more to this beautiful island than the clubs and DJ’s it has become famous for. We highly recommend a boat trip to the pretty and peaceful Formontera beach. With turquoise waters and soft, white sand, it is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the whole of Spain."

Things to Be Aware of

"Parking can be tricky when visiting the main towns. It is often easier to find a car park or parking space just outside the town and wander in on foot. Restaurants can be pricey too but it is well worth exploring eateries and bars away from the main streets which can be less expensive and more authentic."

Additional costs & information

  • The Balearic government require a tourist tax, payable with the final balance. For travellers over the age of 16yrs the Balearic Tourist Tax is €2.20 per person per night. This is charged at parity to allow for fluctuation rates and administration costs and will applied to your booking automatically.
  • Prices may fluctuate and will be confirmed upon booking
  • Booking deposit 50% of the villa rental. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
