About Villa Viviana

Villa Viviana is a spacious, five bedroom property loated in Quinta do Mar, between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago and just 1km from the beach.  It is positioned at the end of the urbanization which makes it particularly peaceful with no passing cars.

The interior is comfortable and welcoming with soft, comfy sofas, a fireplace and access to the garden.  There is a modern, practical and fully equipped kitchen with central island and direct access to the barbecue.

The basement of the house is transformed into a leisure area, with a pool table, a table tennis table and a football table. An integrated sound system runs throughout the house and can be controlled individually in each room to play local radio stations. The air conditioning is central and provides cold or heat for the whole house except for the basement area which is generally cooler in summer.

Outside is gorgeous with a relaxing waterfall water feature which runs directly into the pool with 4 person Jacuzzi.  There are lots of sunloungers and outdoor furniture including a dining area under a shaded pergola.

The villa enjoys use of the communal tennis court nearby.

Viviana is 500m from Villa Matheus making these properties a good choice for larger groups wanting to holiday near each other.

Additional costs & information

  • Pool Heating £210 per week. Available April - October.  1 week minimum charge.
  • Additional Cot £30 each per booking
  • Additional Highchair £30 each per booking
  • Pool Towels £5 each per booking
  • Pool Fence £150 per booking
  • Prices may be subject to a currency surcharge
  • Although the villa has a flexible arrival day we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee the pool temperature. In general, pool heaters are installed and managed according to the size of the pool and health and safety guidelines but weather conditions, such as colder nights, rain and strong winds can affect the normally achievable temperature.
