Ventura is a lovely villa, set over several levels, within the quiet residential area of Valverde which is two minutes to the beach resort of Cala Llonga and five minutes to Santa Eularia.
The gardens are stunning with palm trees and greenery surrounding an enormous paved terrace where there is a kidney shaped swimming pool and an abundance of sunbathing areas with comfortable sun loungers.
The main entrance to the villa leads to a spacious living area with large doors leading out to a sun terrace with views over the garden and the valley.
Located on the lower level is the kitchen and dining area, comprising of a modern open-plan fully fitted kitchen. From the kitchen/dining area, doors lead onto a covered terrace with large dining table, chairs and a gas BBQ.
Ventura is within easy walking distance of a restaurant, bar and swimming pool making it a good choice for families or groups of friends who like to wander out in the evenings without relaying on a car although a car is recommended for shopping and exploring. For the more energetic the beach is about a 20 minute walk.

"It goes without saying that the nightlife here is world renowned but there is so much more to this beautiful island than the clubs and DJ’s it has become famous for. We highly recommend a boat trip to the pretty and peaceful Formontera beach. With turquoise waters and soft, white sand, it is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the whole of Spain."
"Parking can be tricky when visiting the main towns. It is often easier to find a car park or parking space just outside the town and wander in on foot. Restaurants can be pricey too but it is well worth exploring eateries and bars away from the main streets which can be less expensive and more authentic."
