Vivenda Gudo, in the picturesque fishing village of Ferragudo, is a villa for 10 people located in a quiet area, but within walking distance of the centre of the village. Nearby, there are some lovely beaches including the Praia Grande which is particularly popular with families. Portimao is also just a 5 minute drive away which is well worth a visit.
Inside is comfortable and quirky with a spacious living area and splashes of colour. There is air conditioning throughout and all the bedrooms are a good size.
Outside, there is an unusual, raised salt water swimming pool which is kinder to the skin and swimwear. The pool has an electric cover which helps to maintain the temperature. The garden has a lawned area, swing, rocking chair and a barbecue with a sink area. Beside the house there is also alfresco dining furniture.

"Ferragudo is renowned for amazing seafood restaurants and, as this region grows in popularity, there are now some atmospheric beach bars serving fish platters, barbecued food and cocktails. It’s the perfect place to watch the sunset. Boat trips and water sports can be booked at Portimao Marina – we highly recommend experiencing this area from the water as the coastline is very special."
"These resorts are further from Faro Airport so transfer by taxi is more expensive. We can arrange hire cars from the airport at competitive prices and we can supply local taxi company numbers for those nights out when no one wants to drive!"
