Outside, there is a private and very well kept garden with sunny and shady areas and an inviting, large swimming pool area with plenty of room for sunbathing. Beside the pool is a delightful summer house with a living room with a log fire, TV and a round dining table, kitchen and washroom. There is also a covered, outdoor dining area with BBQ and two dining tables, the perfect place for al fresco dining.
The main house is built over two levels and is particularly charming. Upon entering the villa there is an entrance hall which leads through to a fully equipped, stylish kitchen with dining are for 6 people. The kitchen has direct access to the pool area.
There are 2 spacious living rooms to choose from, each with its own log fire, cosy sofa and TV, and they lead out onto the covered terraces with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the magnificent views of this magical island.

"It goes without saying that the nightlife here is world renowned but there is so much more to this beautiful island than the clubs and DJ’s it has become famous for. We highly recommend a boat trip to the pretty and peaceful Formontera beach. With turquoise waters and soft, white sand, it is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the whole of Spain."
"Parking can be tricky when visiting the main towns. It is often easier to find a car park or parking space just outside the town and wander in on foot. Restaurants can be pricey too but it is well worth exploring eateries and bars away from the main streets which can be less expensive and more authentic."
