Villa Capri offers both magnificent views of the turquoise ocean and luxury living. Just a few steps away from the Adriatic Sea, Capri is located in the picturesque town of Slano, near Dubrovnik city.
This is a newly built, modern villa where contemporary design meets ultimate comfort and tranquility. It is the first of three villas on the same plot but with separate entrances and complete privacy.
Inside, mesmerising views and natural light create a unique ambience. Each room has been designed with great attention to detail and sophistication. Distributed over three levels, the property offers more than 350 square meters of space and can acommodate 12 guests.
On the ground floor, there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you will need to prepare delicious meals. The living room and kitchen have folding glass doors opening out on to the outside terrace and infinity pool, creating a huge, alfresco living space.
A spacious staircase leads up to the first floor where there are three double bedrooms with king size beds, air conditioning and modern, ensuite shower rooms. Two of these bedrooms share a terrace with stunning views.
On the top floor of the villa is a gorgeous suite with two single beds , ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower, modern kitchen and living room opening on to a large terrace with stunning views of the bay.

Capri is next door to Capri III, making these a good choice for two families or groups wanting to holiday near each other.

"We highly recommend a walk around the walls of Dubrovnik. For around 200 Kuna, you can walk the entire circumference of the city, taking in the spectacular views of the terracotta roofs, interesting architecture, stunning gardens and, of course, the Adriatic Sea beyond. The sea sparkles a beautiful blue and is practically transparent to the sea bed, apparently down to the high salt content, making it very unique indeed."
"Eating out in the Old Town, or just outside the walls, can be pricey, especially when the establishments boast such sensational views! However, it is possible to find cheaper places to eat and it is worth exploring the different areas of Dubrovnik such as Gruz and Lapad where you will find many more restaurants and bars to enjoy."
