The swimming pool is surrounded by lawns and terraces where there are sun loungers and parasols as well as a raised platform with a swinging chair for lounging in the sunshine. The fully enclosed gardens also include a wonderful covered terrace, with a dining table and chairs for eight/ten people, outside lighting for alfresco evenings and a gas BBQ.
Inside, the ground floor is open plan with high ceilings and a feeling of light and space throughout. There are large glass sliding doors opening onto the garden and the outdoor dining area, while the open stairs lead up to a galleried landing overlooking the lounge. There is also a guest WC.
The lounge is spacious, bright and beautifully styled. It includes a large comfortable sofa, a fireplace, flat screen smart TV (with Free View & Apple TV), DVD player, iPod docking station and CD player. The modern, fully fitted kitchen has been beautifully designed, furnished with white and stainless steel throughout.
This is an ideal spot to relax whilst also being close to everything that Santa Eulalia has to offer!

Limited Mobility - This property has a bedroom and shower room on the ground floor with little or no steps in the living areas or to the swimming pool/garden, so may be considered suitable for someone with limited mobility. We highly recommend a boat trip to the pretty and peaceful Formontera beach. With turquoise waters and soft, white sand, it is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the whole of Spain."
"Parking can be tricky when visiting the main towns. It is often easier to find a car park or parking space just outside the town and wander in on foot. Restaurants can be pricey too but it is well worth exploring eateries and bars away from the main streets which can be less expensive and more authentic."
