Cami is a large, 6 bedroom Majorcan country house in a superb setting in the La Font area in Pollensa. It is a 30 minute walk to the old town where there is an excellent selection of shops and restaurants, while the beaches in the resorts of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa are about a 5 minute drive.

Set in mature gardens of mainly citrus and pine trees, the house enjoys stunning views of the surrounding area and the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana and towards the Bay of Pollensa.

Inside, the house is tastefully furnished and very spacious with exposed beams and tiled flooring.  From the covered furnished terrace the main entrance leads to the living room. The dining area has seating for 12 people and there is a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor. 

Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a charming gallery area with seating and a TV.  There are 3 bedrooms on this floor.

A spiral staircase leads to the studio which has splendid views of the mountains and the distant bay. The studio has a fan rather than air conditioning, and it shares a shower room located on the first floor.

Outside in the spacious and enclosed garden there is a large swimming pool and also a separate children’s pool. The extensive lawns are perfect for large families. There is plenty of outside furniture and sun loungers to relax in the sunshine. There is also a covered terrace with a built in barbecue next to the original bread oven and a large outdoor dining table with bench seating for large groups.
