The exterior of the property is sensational with 2 swimming pools, a tennis court and soccer pitch, an outside dining area and a huge garden. Inside is quirky and comfortable with many of the rooms benefiting from the breathtaking views.
The villa is situated close to Sintra and the sophisticated Cascais, with its marina, entertainment, shopping, beaches, restaurants, coffee shops and delightful terraces by the sea, not to mention the buzz of a very active nightlife. Lisbon, the capital with its cosmopolitan atmosphere, monuments, restaurants and Fado music, is only 40 minutes away by car. Just 20 minutes away Guincho, with its surrounding natural park is highly recommended for its white, sandy, family beaches & sporting activities. But along the coast the choice of other beaches is endless. The bus stop is just 150m away from the villa (Sintra and Cascais) and the railway station is 14km away.
