You could imagine you were miles away from civilisation but, in actual fact, Lagos is just 4km away and Praia da Luz just 7km where you will be spoilt for choice with restaurants and terrific beaches. The best of both worlds!
The house itself has recently been renovated and is finished to a high standard with real attention to detail. Insulation and double glazing have been installed to keep the house cool in the summer and cosy in the winter. Each room has air conditioning and central heating making this a great choice for year-round holidays.
There is a gated entrance with plenty of parking space. The living/dining room is decorated in shades of cream and brown with comfortable sofas and patio doors to the pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and a useful hatch through to the dining area.
Outside is delightful with a large pool, high-quality sun loungers and chill-out seating to take in the views and a lovely, covered dining area with a large barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals. Carlos IV has beautiful gardens, a private pool that can be heated, outdoor and indoor dining areas and very well appointed and comfortable bedrooms, living spaces and bathrooms.
