About Lilac

Lilac is a fabulous 'Ibicenco' style villa with modern touches throughout. It is close to the stunning bays of Cala Bassa and Cala Conta and sits on a 5000 square metre plot of land.  It is 5 minutes from San Augustin which is a small picturesque village, relatively untouched by tourism and an ideal place to absorb the amazing scenery.  The villa is surrounded by beautiful countryside, ideal for sunset walks.

Lilac has been designed with outdoor living in mind with stunning outside dining and chill out areas, taking advantage of the distant sea views.  There is a pretty outdoor dining area under a canopy of trees and the established planting around the entire property creates an abundance of green foliage and welcome shaded areas.

Inside there is a relaxed and stylish vibe.  The living room has large, inviting sofas, a cosy fireplace, a large selection of books and a TV with international channels.  The spacious, fully equipped kitchen/dining area is made for entertaining with terrific stone walls, wooden ceilings, unique lighting, a TV and top of the range appliances.  This space spills out onto the stunning terrace with chill-out seating and the swimming pool beyond. 

Lilac's ultimate chill-out spot is the roof-top terrace with floor cushions and peaceful garden views.

Things we love

"It goes without saying that the nightlife here is world renowned but there is so much more to this beautiful island than the clubs and DJ’s it has become famous for. We highly recommend a boat trip to the pretty and peaceful Formontera beach. With turquoise waters and soft, white sand, it is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the whole of Spain."

Things to Be Aware of

"Parking can be tricky when visiting the main towns. It is often easier to find a car park or parking space just outside the town and wander in on foot. Restaurants can be pricey too but it is well worth exploring eateries and bars away from the main streets which can be less expensive and more authentic."

Additional costs & information

  • The Balearic government require a tourist tax, payable with the final balance. For travellers over the age of 16yrs the Balearic Tourist Tax is €2.20 per person per night. This is charged at parity to allow for fluctuation rates and administration costs and will applied to your booking automatically.
  • Minimum booking 1 week
  • Prices may fluctuate and will be confirmed upon booking
  • Although the villa has a flexible arrival day we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable
  • Booking deposit 50% of the villa rental. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
