This beautiful villa is just 800m from São Lourenço beach and 5km north of Ericeira. Ericeira is a seaside resort and fishing community on the western coast of Portugal and is renowned for its sensational surf.
Sao Lourenco is a great choice for families of all ages with the proximity to the beach combined with spacious living areas, a games room, hot tub and heated swimming pool; it caters for everyone!
The interior is modern and roomy with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus some extra beds allowing for 12 people in total.
Outside, there is a lawned area which is ideal for children to play or kick a ball around, as well as a generous terrace and outdoor dining area with built-in barbecue and sink.
