Welcoming and traditional villa in the mountains of Mallorca
Villa Roja is a traditional, rustic style Mallorcan house on the outskirts of Pollensa, with lovely mountain views and within walking distance of the shops and town centre. There is a pretty patio garden with views towards the valley of Ternelles.
The house is simply furnished with two seating areas and there are many orginal features including stone flooring on the ground floor. The older style kitchen has a breakfast table, vitro ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher and there is a washing machine located outside.
There is a shaded terrace and built-in barbecue with a sink for outdoor dining and the attractive pool is an unusual triangular shape.

"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."
