Terms and Conditions

• Referral must be made by an existing client who has either travelled with us or made a booking to travel with us in the future
• Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Discount applies to property rental only. Does not apply to property extras like pool heating, tourist tax etc.
• Your friend’s discount will only apply to a new booking and cannot be used retrospectively.
• A referral is defined as someone who has not made any previous bookings with The Villa Agency before, either as the party leader or a traveller named on a booking with us.
• Offer does not apply to bookings made by third parties or travel agents.
• Referral cannot be part of your household or be a guest of a booking already confirmed.
• Only one referral discount per booking permitted.
• Referral must have completed the Recommend a Friend Form and mentioned their referrer both on the form and when they make a booking for the discounts to apply.
• No cash alternative available.
• Discount cannot be used for holidays that have already taken place.
• Discount code will be valid for 18 months and can only be used once.
• We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
• We may contact you to verify and ensure that any referrals made comply with the terms and conditions.
